Case Handler (March 2018 – January 2021)

Managing Medicolegal claims from point of nomination, instruction and report. I worked mainly on the clinical negligence department, furthermore I am also experienced in serious injury, public liability and employment liability. 
Key responsibilities involved understanding instructions and accurately logging them to an in-house system, locating a suitable expert who has no conflict of interest and forwarding on the approach letter, effectively communicating with solicitors to provide nominations and fees and Liaising with medical experts to obtain reports within a timely manner, reviewing reports, and requesting amendments and addendums.

Claims Administrator (November 2017 – February 2018)
This was a temporary role involving inbound and outbound calls to vet new claims and obtain leads.  This role also included logging new claims and reception duties.
